I have a vague concern about AI, especially generative AI and ChatGPT, and what to do about it in the future.
AI can now generate digital things in natural language with high quality. This is not limited to pictures and videos, but also to the systems themselves. However, AI will still rely heavily on humans to successfully handle “conventional” systems, such as combining complex systems or modifying large-scale ones. The systems that we are going to create and that are based on CRUD can be easily created with the use of AI. There are also systems that use AI APIs, but the issue is how to “color” the response.

It is good to be able to do various things with chat, but I have the impression that there is a little too much interaction to get results, so at least a UI/UX that improves on that is a prerequisite.
When it becomes possible to do various things in natural language, the question of what to make into a service may change from the past.
Something like Chat GPT (plugins), an app store where systems can be created in natural language and made available to the public, will emerge. Will people really use it (the store)? I think that only engineers, creators, and young people will use it. Maybe all that is needed is a new device or the evolution of an OS so that the service can be used in a way that feels familiar and integrated into everyday life. At this stage, the key to creating a good service using the power of AI lies in the way the UI/UX is designed.
In addition, it is irrelevant to users what kind of technology is used behind the value that the service provides, but the technology and experience of AI is pervasive, so the experience they expect is transforming (software as IF of AI). Thus, the system is expected to behave like an AI service.
Deciding what to solve and what to create are important, and we want to use the power of AI in creating them.
On the other hand, AI cannot create/experience something with mass. And that may be what I am interested in.
Making clothes, physical art, live performances, outdoor activities, and expressing value through contact with physical things in such a physical world is wonderful, and I think AI is going to make those human-like activities more exciting. Perhaps my next goal is to be involved in such activities as a creator.
