If you are an engineer, you may attend study sessions and conferences.
However, there are many different events and it is not possible to attend all of them.
Also, it may be meaningless to just attend for the heck of it.
It is important to clarify your purpose of attending.
Unless you are attending as a speaker, your purpose for attending may be in the following pattern.
- To learn about other people’s experiences and to help take care of yourself in advance.
- To broaden my interest by looking at areas I know little about. To provide an opportunity to get close to other people’s ideas.
- To see an area you know about and immediately put it into practice and incorporate it into your work to improve your productivity. To be stimulated.
- To increase ideas by looking at fields that I know but do not understand in detail.
It is useful to define your purpose from the above to help you decide what kind of event to attend and what kind of session to listen to.
